To cancel appointments, please email pmcmoa@gmail.com. Include the PATIENT’S NAME, BIRTHDAY and APPOINTMENT DATE and TIME. You may also call our office from 9:00-4:00 to cancel 604-894-6454

Although we appreciate 24+ hours notice, please still cancel inside this time frame. Even with 1-2 hours notice we are often still able to give the appointment to another patient who’s waiting to be seen.
