Provider Updates

We would like to inform our patients that NP Erica Vanzanten and Dr. Imran Moosa will be away from the clinic for a period of time.

NP Erica Vanzanten will be taking a brief sabbatical to travel with her husband. She looks forward to returning to the clinic in November 2026.

Dr. Imran Moosa will be away completing advanced emergency medicine training and is expected to return on December 1, 2026.

All patients currently under the care of Dr. Moosa and NP Vanzanten will continue to be patients of Pemberton Primary Care Society during their absence. Patients may continue to access care and book appointments with any of our other practitioners during this time.

We are also pleased to welcome Dr. Daniel Kliger to our practice. Dr. Kliger is currently accepting new patients, and we look forward to having him as part of our team.
